CYC Garage Services is a small, friendly but professionally run garage offering a wide range of motor vehicle services based at 86 Leicester Road, New Packington, Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 1TQ.  

 

CYC Garage Services has been established for just under a year now, with employees having over 30yrs combined experience in the motor trade. It was set up as a subsidiary of Coalville Yellow Cabs Ltd initially to maintain our own fleet of vehicles. On 1st January this year we moved from our premises in Coalville to larger premises in New Packington, Ashby to allow us to expand and gain MOT status, which I am very pleased to say that we achieved in May this year. We are now able to o offer a range of services to the public. We offer MOTs, servicing, repairs, clutches, tyres, exhausts and diagnostic scans etc. We continuously search extensively from different suppliers for parts to ensure that we can constantly offer competitive prices, offering value for money. 

 

We offer a free local collection & delivery service for you or your vehicle, which could be your home or place of work, to make life that little bit easier. We offer flexible opening hours, currently they are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday (9am – 2pm), if these are not suitable, tell us, we will do our very best to accommodate you.  

At Coalville Yellow Cabs Ltd customer care is always important to us, so we set up a dedicated department to deal with any issues a customer may have and try to ensure that all of our employees and drivers either have or are working towards NVQ level 2 in customer care. This is a value that I intend to carry through CYC garage services. We value our customers and aim to offer an excellent service, any feedback or suggestions on how we can improve or enhance our service are always welcome.  

Our customer relationship manager has over 30yrs customer service experience and is currently working towards a qualification to expand on her health & safety training to ensure that our employees and customers can relax in the knowledge that CYC Garage Services are dedicated to ensuring high levels of health & safety are maintained.
